Unlike other home inspection services, all Young's inspections are performed by a Professional Engineer. The P.E. license is awarded by the State of Indiana and is your assurance the engineer is knowledgeable, ethical and accountable. To be licensed as a P.E. the engineer must have completed a 4 year accredited engineering program, have worked a minimum of 4 years under the direct supervision of other P.E.'s and have passed a comprehensive State Board exam. In Indiana, licensed P.E.'s are the only ones who can legally comment on the structural integrity of a building. Young's Inspection can provide a level of security, accountability, professionalism and value unique in the home inspection industry.

Choosing the right inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not meet me until after you hire me.
